Audio Example – A 5 Seat Call Centre with 5 Operators online working in a room the size of 8 meters long and 3 meters wide, “a very small room”. The main advantage of this is the ability to filter out the background noise so that the callers do not here it or even detect that they are being called from a Call Centre. The other benefit is the ability to auto adjust the volume of the called persons voice so that the Call Centre operator can hear at a comfortable volumne level.
