The CallTracker MYOB Accountants Office (AO) or Accountants Enterprise (AE) Interface will enable users of MYOB AO or AE to easily on charge toll disbursements to client accounts for cost recovery or profit. When a new client is added to the MYOB AO or AE database then the CallTracker database is synchronized to show the new client in MYOB AO or AE.
Now if a telephone call is made for example to 0274699338 and the call charge to client “Haines & Brown” (account number 3). So in this instance you dial 0274699338#3, the call is now charged to Haines & Brown in CallTracker, see below. The cost of the call is $0.32. There are many other ways of allocating calls to accounts depending on the type of telephone system used.
The telephone call has now been completed, allocated to a client account and cost-ed. Using the CallTracker client program we can now produce a report on a client account, for the purpose of exporting the data to MYOB Accountants Office/Enterprise, the report type we use is an Account Summary report. To get a detailed report of each telephone call made you need to do a detailed account report.
CallTracker also comes with a whole series of reports and charts
Now that we have produced an account summary report using the CallTracker Client program, we can now export the data to MYOB Accountants Office/Enterprise, select the account summary report and the required date and time range along with account range and the Export to MYOB option. Simply click report and the data will be exported to MYOB Accountants Office/Enterprise.
You cannot export data twice, the telephone calls are tagged as exported once they have been processed.
